Custom Fees
International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties
and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties,
Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs
are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping
charge by Carbytes does not include any of these fees. Customs
fees are normally charged by the company delivering the package.
**Please Note: Customers are responsible for return
shipping costs on packages that are refused or sent back to Carbytes
due to unexpected tariffs and customs fees.

Territories
Carbytes welcomes orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and
other U.S. Territories.
**Please Note: Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, and other U.S. Territories require extra time for delivery
and will be charged additional shipping fees. These orders are
not eligible for Free Shipping offers.
When ordering from any of these areas and do not
see a shipping rate at checkout, Carbytes will contact you within
1-2 business days to inform you of the shipping costs. **Your
order will not be processed until we have received your emailed
approval of the shipping costs.

Will I receive
a tracking number for my order?
We usually receive a tracking number from our manufacturers when
your order ships. We then email this tracking number to you within
24 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your
package(s) from the factory to your door.
